Kaitlyn Reid has been immersed in the realms of interior design and architecture since childhood, always possessing a vivid imagination. Driven by her inherent creativity, Kaitlyn established Reid Consulting and Design in 2019 with a vision to create transformative spaces and experiences that inspire individuals to cherish each moment through clean, natural, and functional design.
Raised in Sarasota and educated in Boston, Kaitlyn earned a Masters of Architecture degree, laying a solid foundation for her career. Prior to founding Reid Consulting and Design, she accumulated over a decade of experience in the architecture field, working in both Boston and Sarasota. Her tenure provided her with valuable design & construction project management skills. It was during this period that Kaitlyn developed a passion not only for architectural design but also for interior design. What initially started as a side venture gradually evolved into a promising business endeavor. Guided by the belief that the home acts as the heart of life, Kaitlyn is committed to crafting spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, catering to families and individuals alike. Whether it’s a full-time residence or a part-time retreat, she believes in creating an atmosphere that fosters warmth and comfort.
